Shipments within the United States are via UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS).
We will ship to your residence or place of business. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Some orders shipped to locations different than the billing address may require additional verification. We will notify you if your shipment is delayed.
In stock items usually ship in 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If shipping of an in stock item is delayed you will be notified, via email, of an expected shipping date. Orders placed for backordered items will ship when the item returns to stock. You will not be charged for backordered items until the items return to stock and are prepared for shipment. We are also committed to insuring our customs documentation is completed accurately including declaring the full value (purchase price) and content type.
